Wednesday, December 24, 2008 | 1:51 PM | 0Comment sigh!! these few days had been pretty hectic for me. i am always so busy and have no time to update my blog.the last time i updated my blog was 14 dec. its been so many days.many things have happened!!!! on the 18 dec, i received news from moe about my posting results. i was sleeping soundly when my mom burst into my room to wake me up and told me about my posting results. i was so happy. i got posted into nan hua which is where i wanted to go. that moment of joy was ......... i do not know how to say it. i'm jus too happy!!! on the 19, my whole famil accompany me to nan hua to purchase my textbks.at first, we had attended a talk by students and the principal. it was a super long talk lol. the whole session lasted about 2 hrs. by the end of it, our legs were all numb and pain. the worst thing is that we had to listen to those parents ask questions while sitting on the floor to listen . when the students spoke to us about a special class in the sch called the tablet class, we got fidgety. our legs were all numb and yet we were all not allowed to stand up. the tablet talk was quite interesting as we learnt a little info about the class. i wanted to join it very much. however, if we got chosen, we had to buy the tablet which cost about $2400. very expensive rite? think so too. but i would still hope that i can get to be chosen so i can learn more things while young. after the talk, we proceeded to buying the uniforms and books. that day, i bought my uniforms but not my bks as there were too many people. we decided to buy it on tues instead after we have settled down. the uniforms were soo expensive. the bks have also added up to $300 plus. this is like 3 times the price of my primary sch bks. before buying the bks, i hav made some comparison. most schs sells their books at many different rates. this is so unfair!!!!on tues, i bought my bks. i realise how expensive the brushes were. for 5 brushes, i had to pay $13 plus. quite stupid lol!!! however that day was my happiest day. i bought many things which made me quite happy. i manage to buy a pair of sch shoes which fits me just rite.isn't that great? this is the first time i manage to buy a pair of shoes which does not require me to spend much time to look for shoes. remember about the brush? i returned it the next day immediately.ohhhhh.. it is the 24th already!!!! tomorrow is christmas liao. i probably do not hav time to write tomorrow so here i wish everyone a merry christmas and a happy new year. i hope everyone would enjoy their christmas parties. i can't wait for christmas. although i already know what my family members would give me as christmas presents, i hope that my relatives would also give me gifts so that i would have many surprises tomorrow. i can't wait for tomorrow to open up my gifts. CAN'T WAIT!!! i am sooo excited!!!!! |
